Record keeping rules
The ACCC first issued the Telstra customer access network (CAN) record keeping rules in September 2007. It was varied in December 2022 in response to a Telstra corporate restructure.

We publish quarterly snapshots of wholesale unconditioned local loop services (ULLS), wholesale line sharing services (LSS) and Telstra's retail voice and digital subscriber line services (DSL) for the September 2007 quarter onwards.
