About this register
This register lists some of the certification trade mark applications that are open for public consultation.
A certification trade mark shows consumers that a product or service meets a particular standard. All certification trade marks must have rules about how the logo can be used.
We assess the rules and certification trade mark to make sure they are not misleading, anti-competitive or raise product safety or other consumer protection concerns.
As part of the process, sometimes the ACCC consults publicly about a certification trade mark application.
