On 19 July 2021 the ACCC made the interim access determination for the superfast broadband access service (SBAS). The ACCC has extended the interim access determination until a new final access determination for the SBAS comes into force.
On 2 October 2020, the ACCC released its final report for the public inquiry into making a final access determination (FAD) for the mobile terminating access service (MTAS). This FAD replaces the previous MTAS FAD (Final Access Determination No. 1 of 2015).

On 29 July 2016, the ACCC made the Interim Access Determination (IAD) for the Superfast Broadband Access Service (SBAS). The SBAS IAD expires on 28 July 2017, unless revoked sooner.
On 21 April 2016, the ACCC released its final decision on the DTCS final access determination (FAD). This FAD replaces the previous DTCS FAD (Final Access Determination No. 1 of 2012).
On 6 June 2019, the ACCC decided to extend the existing final access determinations (FADs) for the declared fixed line services (LCS, WLR, LSS, ULLS, FOAS, FTAS, WADSL). The ACCC extended these FADs as it was not in a position to make the new FADs prior to their expiration on 30 June 2019. The existing fixed line services FADs were extended to expire on the date immediately before the day on which the new FADs come into force.
On 24 August 2015, the ACCC released its final decision on the MTAS final access determination (FAD). This FAD replaces the previous MTAS FAD (Final Access Determination No. 7 of 2011).
On 16 April 2014, the ACCC decided to extend the existing the final access determinations (FADs) for the declared fixed line services (LCS, WLR, LSS, ULLS, PSTN OA (FOAS as of 1 August 2014), PSTN TA (FTAS as of August 1 2014) and the wholesale ADSL service. The ACCC is extending these FADs as it will not be in a position to make the new fixed line services and the wholesale ADSL service FADs prior to their expiration.
