Determination
On 12 March 2024, the ACCC released its final decision on the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) access determination.
This determination commenced on 1 September 2024 and replaced the SBAS interim access determination (Interim Access Determination No. 1 of 2021).
On 22 September 2025, the ACCC decided to vary the 2024 SBAS Final Access Determination. The variation to the SBAS Final Access Determination will commence on 23 September 2025 and expires on 1 March 2027.
