Extension of the mobile terminating access service FAD

On 14 June 2019, the ACCC decided to extend the existing final access determination (FAD) for the mobile terminating access services (MTAS). The ACCC is extending this FAD as it will not be in a position to make a new MTAS FAD prior to its expiry on 30 June 2019. The MTAS FAD is now extended to expire on the date immediately before the day on which a new FAD comes into force. Information on the ACCC’s inquiry into making a new access determination for this service can be found on the  Mobile Terminating Access Service FAD inquiry - 2019.

On 24 August 2015, the ACCC released its final decision on the MTAS FAD. This FAD replaces the previous MTAS FAD (Final Access Determination No. 7 of 2011).
