Working group meetings 24 Aug 2021
The ACCC will chair a series of working groups with NBN Co and other interested parties to follow on from the industry roundtable on NBN regulation. The purpose of these working groups is to discuss different aspects of the NBN regulatory framework that should be developed in any revised Special Access Undertaking (SAU).
Some objectives of the working group are to:
- identify issues and possible solutions
- ensure a collaborative approach to developing measures to address the issues raised, and
- expedite the process for developing an SAU proposal that is capable of being accepted by the ACCC.
