ACCC issues draft guidelines on non-discrimination for NBN and superfast telecommunications networks

The ACCC sought submissions from stakeholders on the draft guidelines, including any views on the ACCC’s approach to applying the non-discrimination and related provisions, and any other issues identified in the draft explanatory material.

Submissions were due by 3 February 2012.
