Non-discrimination under Part XIC of the CCA and Part 8 of the Telecommunications Act

The ACCC released an issues paper and began a public consultation to seek the views of industry and other stakeholders about the non-discrimination provisions and the preparation of the explanatory material.

Submissions to the issues paper were due by 8 August 2011.
