On 14 August 2023, NBN Co lodged a variation to its Special Access Undertaking (SAU) with the ACCC and various supporting materials.
On 22 August 2023, NBN Co provided an updated version of its supporting submission to correct an error in Figure 5 (page 40).
The proposed SAU variation and public versions of the supporting materials (including the updated submission) are available.

NBN Co has made limited redactions for commercial in confidence reasons in its financial forecasts worksheet for FY2024-26 and its building block models. The published version of the building block models also restricts access to any financial data relating to NBN Co’s enterprise grade services.
At this stage, it is not proposed that redacted information will be made available to third parties through limited individual non-disclosure agreements. However, the ACCC will continue to assess what information is required to be publicly consulted on to ensure a robust and transparent process and to ensure the ACCC can perform its statutory functions of assessing the variation.
