On 18 December 2023, NBN Co provided a guidance note to assist the industry’s understanding on the interaction between its Special Access Undertaking (SAU) and its Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA). The note includes guidance regarding the role of the SAU Tariff List in setting maximum prices and the implementation of future changes to the Benchmark Service Standards set under the SAU.
