On 23 September 2015, the ACCC extended the final access determination (FAD) for the Local Access Bitstream Access Service (LBAS) until the day before the new FAD comes into force, as it was not in a positon to make a new FAD prior to its expiration on 5 October 2015. On 17 December 2014 the ACCC decided to vary the 2012 domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS) final access determination (FAD) so that it applies to the three routes and seven exchange serving areas re-regulated under the 2014 DTCS declaration. The varied 2012 DTCS FAD will commence on 1 January 2015 and will expire on the day before a new DTCS FAD comes into operation.
