Determination

On 17 December 2014 the ACCC decided to vary the 2012 domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS) final access determination (FAD) so that it applies to the three routes and seven exchange serving areas re-regulated under the 2014 DTCS declaration. The varied 2012 DTCS FAD will commence on 1 January 2015 and will expire on the day before a new DTCS FAD comes into operation.

Extension

On 5 November 2014, the ACCC decided to extend the 2012 DTCS FAD. The ACCC is extending the 2012 DTCS FAD as it will not be in a position to make a new DTCS FAD before the expiry of the 2012 DTCS FAD on 31 December 2014.

The 2012 DTCS FAD will now expire on the date immediately before the day on which a new FAD comes into force. Information on the ACCC’s inquiry into making a new access determination for this service can be found on the domestic transmission capacity service final access determination inquiry page.
