On 8 June 2012, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) received a price notification (or ‘locality notice’) from Airservices Australia (Airservices) under subsection 95Z(5) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
On 27 June 2012 the ACCC accepted variations to the section 87B undertaking given by Video Ezy Australasia Pty Ltd to the ACCC on 18 September 2007 (undertaking).
Broadly, the variations extend the timeframe over which the next audit report and compliance review report in respect of Video Ezy's compliance with the undertaking are required to be provided.
On 17 December 2014 the ACCC decided to vary the 2012 domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS) final access determination (FAD) so that it applies to the three routes and seven exchange serving areas re-regulated under the 2014 DTCS declaration. The varied 2012 DTCS FAD will commence on 1 January 2015 and will expire on the day before a new DTCS FAD comes into operation.
