On 11 July 2013 the ACCC released a discussion paper into the Domestic Transmission Capacity Service (DTCS) and whether to extend, vary or revoke the DTCS declaration or make a new declaration.

VHA's submission to the FSR regarding confidentiality arrangements
On 18 October 2013, the ACCC received a submission from VHA on confidentiality arrangements for both the fixed services and DTCS declaration inquiries.
