Preliminary view and submissions18 May 2005
The ACCC formed the preliminary view not to object to the proposed price increases in Airservices Australia's draft price notification for its aviation rescue and fire fighting services on 18 May 2005.
The ACCC is now seeking the views of interested parties on this preliminary view. The closing date for submissions was 10 June 2005. Further information about making a submission to the ACCC is contained in the preliminary view.
