Establishment of the Independent Telecommunications Adjudicator

The ITA process commenced operation with the ITA company's formal appointment of Dr Nicholls as the ITA Adjudicator on 6 July 2012.

A condition of this appointment was that Dr Nicholls agree to be bound by the ITA Constitution, Charter of Independence and the terms of the SSU.
