Telstra core services access undertaking

In January 2003 Telstra lodged core service undertakings with the ACCC specifying the terms and conditions upon which it undertook to meet its standard access obligations to supply the domestic PSTN O/T services, the ULLS and the LCS for 2002–03, 2003–04 and 2004–05. The ACCC released a discussion paper relating to these undertakings in March 2003 and sought submissions from industry. Only non-confidential submissions are available on this site.

Telstra lodged undertakings in November 2003 which replace these undertakings lodged in January 2003.
