Draft report13 Dec 2013

On 13 December 2013, the ACCC published a draft report on the Fixed Services Review Declaration Inquiry.

Submissions in response to this report were due 5:00pm on 14 February 2014.

Access to confidential information

On 13 January 2014, the ACCC provided parties whose confidential information was quoted in the draft report with a referenced copy of that information to enable them to share this information with parties with whom they have confidentiality undertakings. The ACCC encourages all parties to make material available to other stakeholders with whom they have exchanged confidentiality undertakings, for the purposes of making submissions to the ACCC’s inquiry process.

The ACCC received a confidential version of Telstra’s submission in response to its draft report:
