In October 2022, the ACCC published explanatory material relating to the carrier separation rules in Part 8 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) (Telecommunications Act).
On 14 October 2019, the ACCC commenced a public inquiry into the prices that NBN Co charges access seekers to use the National Broadband Network (NBN) for supplying residential grade broadband services.
