Gas Market Code supplier record keeping, reporting and publishing obligations

On 15 November 2023, the ACCC released its proposed determinations in regards to suppliers’ record keeping, publishing and reporting obligations under the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023. 

The proposed determinations are in regards to sections 33(3), 34(3), 34(7) and 35(3) of the Gas Market Code.

The ACCC invited submissions in response to its proposed determinations. The closing date for submissions was Wednesday 6 December 2023.
