Gas Market Code supplier record keeping, reporting and publishing obligations

The ACCC has made determinations in regards to suppliers' record keeping, publishing and reporting obligations under the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023. 

The determinations are in regards to sections 33(3), 34(3), 34(7) and 35(3) of the Gas Market Code.

The determinations were made by legislative instrument and registered on the Federal Register of Legislation on 20 December 2023. The instrument is effective from 1 April 2024.
