Emerald Logistics renamed Louis Dreyfus Company Grains Logistics Australia1 Jun 2023
On 16 August 2023, Louis Dreyfus Company notified the ACCC that following its acquisition of Emerald Grain Pty Ltd and all its subsidiaries, it had renamed Emerald Logistics Pty Ltd (the exempt port terminal service provider at the Port of Melbourne) as Louis Dreyfus Company Grains Logistics Australia Pty Ltd.
On 19 October 2023, the ACCC wrote to Louis Dreyfus Company confirming that Louis Dreyfus Company Grains Logistics Australia Pty Ltd is an exempt service provider in relation to its port terminal facility at the Port of Melbourne.
