Port Kembla wheat ports exemption assessments

Final position 1 Oct 2015

On 1 October 2015 the ACCC released a final position paper confirming that it intends to determine GrainCorp and Quattro to be exempt service providers at their respective port terminal facilities at Port Kembla, from the date that Quattro is covered by the code.
