Port Kembla wheat ports exemption assessments

On 30 July 2015 the ACCC issued draft decisions proposing that:

• Quattro should be an exempt service provider of port terminal services provided by means of its Port Kembla port terminal facility from the date that it is covered by the code
• Graincorp should be an exempt service provider of port terminal services provided by means of its Port Kembla port terminal facility at the same time that Quattro is determined to be an exempt service provider.
