The ACCC has determined Bulk Cargo Services Pty Ltd and Wagner Corporation Pty Ltd to be exempt service providers of port terminal services at their respective port terminal facilities at Pinkenba.
The exemptions mean that Bulk Cargo Services Pty Ltd and Wagner Corporation Pty Ltd are not required to comply with Parts 3 to 6 of the Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct in the course of providing port terminal services via their respective facilities at Pinkenba.
The determinations were made by notifiable instruments and registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

The notifiable instrument relating to Wagner Corporation Pty Ltd commenced on 10 December 2022 and is available on the Federal Register of Legislation website.
