This factsheet is for consumers with disability and their carers and support networks.

It will help you find the right place to go if you need advice or have a complaint.

Note: The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) will be available in all Australian states and territories from 1 July 2019, except Western Australia where it will be available from 1 July 2020. Until the NDIS Commission is available in your state or territory you can make complaints about your NDIS provider to your local disability complaints handling agency.
