Optus has Undertaken to ensure that it will not publish or broadcast any representation which states or implies the analogue system will shut down in a region unless Optus has reasonable grounds for making that representation. Optus has Undertaken to ensure it will not make any representation in a particular region, which contains statements that do not apply to that region. Optus has Undertaken to amend its existing trade practices compliance program to incorporate the above Undertakings.
