Exemption for Avenue Bank Limited

On 21 March 2024, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Avenue Bank Limited deferring its product reference data and consumer data sharing obligations until 31 July 2025. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Avenue Bank Limited.

The ACCC also revoked the exemption granted under section 56GD of the Act to Avenue Bank Limited on 10 March 2023.
