Description of Conduct
Seedvise sought authorisation to collectively negotiate, on behalf of participating royalty managers, with grain buyers over the terms and conditions on which End Point Royalties are collected from grain buyers and remitted to participating royalty managers. The ACCC first authorised the arrangements in 2014.
On 19 June 2019 the ACCC issued a draft determination proposing to grant authorisation and granted interim authorisation.
On 19 July 2019, the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation until 11 August 2029.
