Interstate Rail Access Undertaking 2008

ARTC’s 2002 Interstate Access Undertaking (IAU) expired on 30 June 2007. On 8 June 2007 ARTC lodged a proposed IAU to replace the 2002 IAU. On 15 October 2007 ARTC withdrew its application.

On 20 December 2007, ARTC lodged a new IAU for the Interstate network.
