The ACCC released an issues paper on 26 February 2018 seeking feedback on matters relevant to the inquiry. Submissions to the issues paper closed on 3 April 2018. Some further submissions were received after this date. Public versions of the submissions received by the ACCC can be accessed via the links below.
Confidentiality
Broadly speaking, the inquiry is a public process and written feedback will be posted on the ACCC website.
The ACCC can accept a claim of confidentiality from a party if it is satisfied that the disclosure of information would damage their competitive position, and the ACCC is not of the opinion that disclosure of the information is necessary in the public interest. Individuals’ personal contact details have been removed from submissions.
