Co-operative Bulk Handling (CBH) is a bulk handling company that operates four bulk wheat ports in Western Australia.
On 28 September 2011 the ACCC accepted the 2011 Undertaking provided to the ACCC by CBH on 20 September 2011. CBH had earlier lodged a proposed Undertaking on 31 March 2011 that was subsequently withdrawn. The ACCC has also made decisions on variation requests lodged on 26 November 2011 and 31 July 2013.
On 25 September 2014 the ACCC consented to CBH's Application of 8 September 2014 to extend and vary its 2011 Undertaking.
