Draft decision 14 Aug 2013
The ACCC released a draft decision on 14 August 2013 seeking comment on the preliminary views contained in the draft, and on Emerald’s draft revised undertaking. Submissions from interested parties are due by 28 August 2013.
The ACCC republished its draft decision on 23 August 2013 with minor typographical amendments on pages 55-56.
Draft revised undertaking
On 31 July 2013 Emerald provided the ACCC with a draft revised Undertaking along with draft revised Indicative Access Agreement and Port Loading Protocol documents.
