On 5 May 2017, the ACCC has released a draft decision for the domestic mobile roaming declaration inquiry. In the draft decision, the ACCC proposes to not declare a domestic mobile roaming service.

The ACCC invites submissions on the draft decision. Submissions can be lodged on the ACCC’s Consultation Hub or by email to mobileroaminginquiry@accc.gov.au.
