Interstate Rail Access Undertaking 2007

Drawing on submissions to the ACCC's issues paper and ARTC’s application, the ACCC sought further information and clarification from ARTC on its proposed undertaking. However, on 15 October 2007, ARTC withdrew the proposed undertaking from the consideration of the ACCC.
