On 24 August 2015, the ACCC released its final report on the non-price terms and conditions for the final access determinations. This report sets out the ACCC’s final decision on the non-price terms and conditions for the MTAS final access determination.

In respect of the fixed line services and the DTCS, the ACCC has not finalised its decision and this report sets out the ACCC’s current views on non-price terms and conditions for these services.
