A guide to competition and consumer law: for businesses selling to and supplying consumers with disability

This guide is for businesses, including Not-For-Profit organisations, that supply goods or services to consumers with disability or to participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

It aims to help these businesses understand their obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This publication was developed by the state/territory consumer protection agencies and the ACCC.

This guide is not legal advice or a definitive list of situations where the CCA and ACL applies.
