MNB Variety Imports - s.87B undertaking

MNB imported "Sun and Fun Inflatable Swim Aids" and sunglasses but they did not conform to the mandatory product safety standards, being AS1900-1991 and AS 1067.1-1990 respectively. MNB agreed not to supply products falling outside the prescribed standards, to implement a compliance program, and an education program aimed at relevant staff.
