Declared Service
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) declares, pursuant to subsection 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act), that the local bitstream access service (LBAS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.
On 19 July 2021 the ACCC, pursuant to subsection 152AL(3) of the Act, revoked the LBAS declaration. This revocation takes effect on 27 July 2021.
