Statement of differences: CNT Corp Pty Ltd and Clear Networks Pty Ltd, 28 February 2013

This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 28 February 2013 by CNT Corp Pty Ltd with respect to an access agreement entered into by Clear Networks Pty Ltd with CNT Corp Pty Ltd. This access agreement contains differences from the Local Bitstream Access Service Final Access Determination (FAD) that was published by the ACCC on 3 October 2012.

The statement of differences contains:

• a cover letter 
• a pricing schedule for the access agreement

In addition, the statement contains a copy of the access agreement between CNT Corp and Clear Networks. The terms of the agreement are confidential and have been omitted from the public register. As outlined in the attached cover letter, this access agreement will be offered to other access seekers.
