Zoetis Australia Research and Manufacturing Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zoetis Inc. (Zoetis), proposes to acquire Betrola Investments Pty Ltd, including its wholly owned subsidiary, Jurox Pty Ltd (Jurox) (the Proposed Acquisition).

Zoetis and Jurox both operate globally. In Australia, they are involved in the development, manufacture and marketing of animal health products for companion animals and livestock.
