On 29 June 2023, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to in1bank Limited (in1bank) deferring its product reference data and consumer data sharing obligations until 25 November 2024. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from in1bank.
