Exemption for Ergon Energy Queensland Pty Ltd

On 25 August 2023, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Ergon Energy Queensland Pty Ltd (EEQ) deferring certain obligations under the CDR Rules (as specified in the exemption instrument) in respect of non-complex and complex requests until 1 July 2024. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from EEQ.
