Exemption for Lutheran Laypeople's League of Australia Limited

On 23 March 2023, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act) to Lutheran Laypeople's League of Australia Limited (LLL) deferring its product reference data and consumer data sharing obligations until 1 October 2026. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from LLL.

The ACCC also revoked the exemption granted under section 56GD of the Act to LLL on 10 September 2020.
