Exemption for Bank of Queensland Limited

On 7 September 2023, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Bank of Queensland Limited (BOQ) deferring certain product reference data and consumer data sharing obligations under the CDR Rules (as specified in the exemption instrument) in respect of all accounts it issues in relation to StrataCash Management Pty Ltd until 7 September 2028. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from BOQ.
