On 16 April 2014, the ACCC decided to extend the existing the final access determinations (FADs) for the declared fixed line services (LCS, WLR, LSS, ULLS, PSTN OA (FOAS as of 1 August 2014), PSTN TA (FTAS as of August 1 2014) and the wholesale ADSL service. The ACCC is extending these FADs as it will not be in a position to make the new fixed line services and the wholesale ADSL service FADs prior to their expiration.
On 23 September 2015, the ACCC extended the final access determination (FAD) for the Local Access Bitstream Access Service (LBAS) until the day before the new FAD comes into force, as it was not in a positon to make a new FAD prior to its expiration on 5 October 2015. The existing LBAS FAD will now expire on the day immediately before the day on which a new access determination will come into force.

On 17 December 2014 the ACCC decided to vary the 2012 domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS) final access determination (FAD) so that it applies to the three routes and seven exchange serving areas re-regulated under the 2014 DTCS declaration. The varied 2012 DTCS FAD will commence on 1 January 2015 and will expire on the day before a new DTCS FAD comes into operation.

On 4 June 2014, the ACCC decided to extend the existing final access determination (FAD) for the mobile terminating access services (MTAS). The ACCC is extending this FAD as it will not be in a position to make a new MTAS FAD prior to its expiration on 30 June 2014. The MTAS FAD is now extended to expire on the date immediately before the day on which a new FAD comes into force.
