Jutco Pty Ltd has provided a section 87B undertaking to the ACCC in respect of the supply of vehicle and trolley jacks which do not comply with the mandatory safety standard.

LMC also undertook to:
provide its employees, for a three year period, with a trade practices compliance program in relation to Part IV of the Trade Practice Act 1974; and
send to each of its authorised retailers a letter emphasising that each authorised retailer is free to set its own retail prices for products supplied by LMC Pacific.
