Jutco Pty Ltd - s.87B undertaking

Jutco Pty Ltd has provided a section 87B undertaking to the ACCC in respect of the supply of vehicle and trolley jacks which do not comply with the mandatory safety standard.

Jutco Pty Ltd has already placed product recall notices in all major Australian newspapers and has undertaken to write to all suppliers to which it supplies jacks advising that previously supplied jacks may not comply to standards and to return non-compliant stocks for relabelling or refund.

Jutco Pty Ltd has undertaken to implement a trade practices compliance program.
