Save Rent a Car proposes to:
- supply or offer to supply rental vehicles;
- supply or offer to supply rental vehicles at a particular price; and

to consumers on condition that those consumers enter into a contract with Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) for the provision of E-toll services for the rental period.

if the consumer has not acquired, or has not agreed to acquire an RMS contract for the rental period.
