Tabcorp Investments No.5 Pty Ltd (Keno Victoria) proposes to:
(a) supply, or offer to supply, Keno Venue Goods and Services
(b) supply, or offer to supply, Keno Venue Goods and Services at a particular price, or
(c) give or allow, or offer to give or allow, a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to the supply or proposed supply of Keno Venue Goods and Services on condition that the person to whom Keno Victoria supplies, offers or proposes to supply those services acquires or agrees to acquire certain goods and services from a Nominated Membership Organisation.
At present, Community Clubs Victoria is a Nominated Membership Organisation. As an example, Keno Victoria proposes to provide new Community Clubs Victoria members with one months' free daily connection fee for all new Keno installations.
Keno Victoria is licensed in Victoria to distribute the Keno product through commercial venues, such as pubs and clubs, and provides Venues with support and promotional services associated with the Keno product.
